Welcome to the Groupsite for Corrales Growers' Market.

The Corrales Growers' Market provides a venue for Corrales, and other New Mexico growers to

sell what they themselves grow. Fresh produce, local honey, chile ristras and decorative

items all represent products which were grown by the vendor standing before you.

Many  growers' have small operations and could not possibly supply local grocery stores or

restaurants with continuous volume. By providing this avenue for local sales, we hope to

encourage  traditional, agricultural use of the land, healthy , fresh fare for our customers,

and a true connection between the land, those who grow food here, and the community.

Food security and global health go hand in hand. The more we grow, the less shipping

pollution, and degradation of food freshness goes on in the world.

The Corrales Growers' Market is one  of only three markets in the state to hold markets in

winter. It is a challenge we have been working on, realizing that customers don't just want to eat

fresh local foods sometimes, but all season, if possible.

Thanks to the hardy vendors and loyal customers for all you do for our Community...and our

world!
